Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate tech
- Lead market research and competitive analysis of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and innovation labs
- Drive implementation of pilot projects in emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience with sustainability technology frameworks
