- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and acquire transformative startups
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications for emerging fields
- Build an innovation pipeline with 5-10 year horizon planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology Policy
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to visualize 5-10 year scenarios
- Experience scaling technology ecosystems and managing innovation portfolios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
