Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and AI infrastructure
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP) or equivalent
- Proven track record of scaling systems for 10M+ user bases
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, future tech laws)
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
