Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and industry partners
- Present strategic briefings to Board of Directors and executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and external ecosystem building
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech adoption and policy frameworks
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, Harvard Business Review, or equivalent
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Advanced degree from top-tier institution (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
