- Partner with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments in next-gen innovation pipelines
- Identify and mitigate disruptive threats/opportunities through competitive technology forecasting
- Present visionary technology frameworks to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, quantum computing architectures, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategic foresight
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market leadership
