Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for next-gen technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives and track implementation progress
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across organizational operations
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, IoT)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
