Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
