Responsibilities
- Architect scalable technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive adoption of generative AI in enterprise automation workflows
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for R&D
- Conduct market analysis on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Deep understanding of Web3, IoT, and human-computer interaction
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology architecture (TOGAF/SABSA preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
