- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable innovation
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions (e.g., blockchain, metaverse)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and technical workshops
