Responsibilities
- Lead technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with global market trends
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term digital transformation strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams across 3+ innovation hubs
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing deployments
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certified in TOGAF and/or PMI-ACP
- Prior startup or Fortune 500 innovation lab experience required
