Responsibilities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through 2030
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Create scenario-based models for industry transformation in 2026 and beyond
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational vision with future tech capabilities
- Produce comprehensive innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advocate for ethical implementation of advanced technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
