Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their applicability to our business.
- Develop a comprehensive technology strategy roadmap for the next 5-10 years, with a focus on 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the ideation and implementation of innovative technology projects.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments in emerging technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring technology trends and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of leading successful technology initiatives and driving innovation.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business and society.
