Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX at the technological frontier
- Drive innovation through hackathons, incubation programs, and strategic partnerships with tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and technology portfolio management
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
