Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit) and AI Ethics
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
