Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI in nascent markets
- Partner with C-suite to secure funding for experimental technology initiatives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Exceptional skills in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
