Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ integration of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with ethics boards to establish responsible AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop commercialization strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external investors
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI)
- Experience with technology roadmapping frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Tech Trends Radar)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) or equivalent
