Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and translate insights into strategic initiatives
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor next-gen engineers and foster a culture of radical innovation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar innovations
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics preferred
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech verticals (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese a significant advantage
