- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as industry innovator
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives, tracking ROI and strategic alignment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in for major tech investments
- Manage technology partnerships and vendor relationships to accelerate innovation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology roadmaps for future horizons
