Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-divisional innovation sprints with 15+ global teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ impact potential
- Develop patent portfolios for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
