- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for pilot programs and technology incubation
- Mentor a diverse team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience in stakeholder persuasion
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
