- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives for sustainable tech applications in climate resilience
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging tech methodologies and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Executive experience in scaling innovation within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
