Responsibilities

- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with company vision and investor expectations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints, pilot programs, and proof-of-concepts for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into the 5-year product roadmap
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through data-driven narratives and scenario modeling
- Build and manage an ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry collaborators
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services with measurable market impact
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to balance technical feasibility and business viability
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CPSM) or technology foresight preferred
