Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market forecasts and company vision
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor technical teams on future-focused technology trends and applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in technology management, innovation frameworks, or futurism
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy development and execution success
