Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with successful execution

- Experience scaling technology operations in enterprise environments
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech trends into competitive advantages
