Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning and emerging tech evaluation (quantum computing, bio-digital interfaces, AGI)
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology foresight to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech implementation
- Manage $2M annual innovation portfolio
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, quantum, neuromorphic)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Java preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
