Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to align on future-state architectures
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
- Manage vendor partnerships with leading research institutions and technology incubators
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives across global enterprises
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards with complex technical concepts
- Portfolio of executed innovation projects with measurable business impact
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling frameworks
