Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage R&D
- Quantify ROI projections for future-focused initiatives using predictive modeling
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, or quantum)
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience building high-performance teams across distributed ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives launched at scale
