Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in rapid innovation cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, biotech, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
