Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, anticipating market shifts and emerging technologies up to the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in high-potential areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to identify competitive advantages and potential threats.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and lead internal innovation labs to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key technology providers and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a strategic technology role, with a proven history of forward-thinking leadership.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Mechanics.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to forecast long-term trends and translate them into business strategies.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-faceted problems with innovative solutions.
