Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for optimization problems
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and simulation
- Optimize qubit coherence times and error correction mechanisms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Translate quantum advantage concepts into commercial solutions
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum systems architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information science
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography principles
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
