Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026+ technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and assessing their business impact.
- Conduct in-depth market research to forecast technological shifts in AI, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate high-level concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of experimental technologies (e.g., Web3, Quantum Readiness) into existing systems.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the ethical implications of future tech.
- Present strategic insights and long-term visions to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
- Build and manage a network of industry partners, academic institutions, and thought leaders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies that drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and future computing paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Experience leading change management initiatives within large-scale organizations.
- PMP, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
