Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to commercialize futuristic technologies
- Present foresight reports to investors and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, Nature Futures)
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum, bio-AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
