Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology inflection points

- Lead scenario planning for societal shifts driven by technological adoption
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and manage a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Drive organizational culture of anticipatory innovation and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leader with 5+ years of public speaking experience at global forums
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Deep understanding of socioeconomic impact of technological disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
