Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Curate innovation pipelines with 50+ emerging technologies annually
- Present findings to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio of implemented innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives
