Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026+
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Lead strategic workshops and scenario-planning sessions with global stakeholders
- Create actionable roadmaps for organizational adaptation to disruptive future landscapes
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSI) preferred
