Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will drive market leadership.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Oversee R&D projects focused on next-generation technologies, ensuring feasibility and alignment with corporate goals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate futuristic concepts into scalable product roadmaps.
- Presentation & Evangelism: Present complex future scenarios and innovation strategies to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related high-tech field.
- Tech Forward: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, AR/VR, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing, with a proven ability to forecast their impact.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable business strategies and deliverables.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
