Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead horizon scanning across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)

- Design and deploy scenario-planning frameworks for high-uncertainty futures
- Translate foresight findings into R&D priorities and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and emerging trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
