- Quantify innovation ROI through market simulation and scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech firms
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation frameworks required
