Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify and assess new market opportunities in Web3, sustainable tech, and human augmentation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-36 month horizons
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
