- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
