- Analyze macro-trends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to map 2026+ innovation roadmaps
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical shifts and market disruptions
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight reports to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Curate an internal 'Future Radar' intelligence system
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or implemented innovation strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Horizon Scanning or Delphi Method
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent
- Experience with sustainability frameworks (SDGs, circular economy)
