Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps mapping convergence of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities and competitive threats
- Produce scenario analyses for 2026+ technological disruptions across 15+ industries
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and accelerate acquisition targets
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and Delphi studies
- Guide ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent with 8+ years foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating technological trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/white papers on future trends
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 companies
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis for 2025+ horizons
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
