Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes across key verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author strategic whitepapers on emerging technologies' impact on business models
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and trend mapping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or innovation roadmaps
