Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing technology adoption
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of exponential thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption and market disruption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, robotics, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation journals
- Experience working with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
