Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions using agile methodologies
- Present findings at global innovation summits and publish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research expertise
