Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop data-driven future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce compelling foresight reports and visualizations for executive audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures insights into executable business strategies
