Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech adoption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executives and product teams to translate foresight into strategy
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Lead prototype development for future-facing solutions in our innovation incubator
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
