- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating future markets
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-proof solutions
- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for product development and market entry
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state business models and customer experiences
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record developing strategic foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend visualization platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
