Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning Nexus Horizon as a futurist authority
- Establish innovation pipelines for moonshot projects with 3-5 year horizons
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, economic, technological) for early trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact (portfolio examples required)
- Deep expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
