Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive market analysis for industry leaders
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into business transformation
- Monitor global signals and weak signals to anticipate market disruptions before competitors
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation with future focus
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
